When calling DHL ignore the automated message of suspension of road services and await for the operator to give your AIRWAY BILL number. ColoAlert is transported via Air by DHL and is unaffected by the suspension of Road Transport and all Duties/Tax/VAT/Laboratory/DHL cost are paid already
You will need to quote the waybill number on your label to the advisor and also your collection address. No activation of kit is required as we have streamlined the process.
Once the test kit has been packaged securely back in the box, place the box into the plastic flyer bag and remove the tape at the end of the bag to seal securely
Please pass the loose copies of the DHL documents to the courier upon collection.
